Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 11, 2025
Because all 9ulsar services involve custom creative work, all sales are final once a project begins.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if:•ㅤThe project has not yet started.
•ㅤA significant service error has occurred on our end that prevents project delivery.Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to [email protected]
2. Revisions and Adjustments
If you are unsatisfied with a draft or deliverable, 9ulsar will make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of creative work, the following are non-refundable once initiated:•ㅤCustom design work (logos, graphics, or apparel designs)
•ㅤTech pack creation
•ㅤMentorship sessions
•ㅤWebsite builds or custom development
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting 9ulsar first may result in project termination and future service denial. We aim to resolve issues directly and fairly.
